About Sam
A 35-year Bethlehem resident, Sam and his wife Jan live in Delmar and have three children, Matthew, Tracy and Valerie. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Community Development, a Bachelors in Business and Economics and has studied at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
Sam has served on numerous committees and boards and is a volunteer as a Bethlehem Seniors driver, Bethlehem Industrial Development Agency, Bethlehem Youth Court, Albany County DWI Impact Panels, Albany Medical Center Chaplain, Organ and Tissue Donation speaker, Family and Childrens Services of the Capital Region, Hospitality House Addition Recovery Program of Albany and Slingerlands Methodist Church. Sam also served in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam veteran.
